The data will be used solely for the purposes of this symposium; giving consent is a necessary condition of your registration.

VII. Cancellations and refunds

The Organizing Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail to csbmb2021@cbttravel.cz or fax (+420 224 942 550) about the cancellation of the registration.

Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

 

The following cancellation conditions apply:

If the participant cancels his / her participation in writing by June 30 , 2021 the Congress Secretariat will refund 80% of the amount paid.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any refunds after this date, but we will send all the congress materials to the participant's address.
