III. Abstract

New Information for abstracts deadlines

The deadline for abstract submissions to be considered for the oral presentation and Poster awards are extended to 14 April 2024.

The deadline for abstract submissions for the poster presentation only is extended to 30 April 2024.

Abstracts to be included in the book of abstracts can only be accepted untill 30 April 2024.

Late posters (not to be included in the Book of Abstracts) will be accepted from 1 May 2024.

IV. Payment

• Credit Card – Push payment system

  Congress Business Travel will generate a link for you, which will be sent to your email address to provide the payment within 5 working days. This link is valid for several days according to the date indicated in the link. When you receive the link, your browser will be redirected to the payment gateway Global Payment webpay. There, you can pay the same way as when paying in the e-shop.

  The Global Payment Europe - is one of the most used in the Czech Republic with 3D Secure security and can accept payments issued by Visa, Mastercard, Dinners Club.

The data will be used solely for the purposes of this symposium; giving consent is a necessary condition of your registration.

VII. Cancellations and Refunds

The Symposium Secretariat must be notified of any cancellation in writing by e-mail at mdoprague2024@cbttravel.cz.
Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.

Cancellation Conditions

• Before March 31, 2024: full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of EUR 30 will be deducted
• April 1 - April 31, 2024: 50 % of the registration fee
• From May 1, 2024: no refund, only a name change can be accepted

• All fees are quoted in EUR and include VAT.
