III. Abstract

New Information for abstracts deadlines

The deadline for abstract submissions to be considered for the oral presentation and Poster awards are extended to 14 April 2024.

The deadline for abstract submissions for the poster presentation only is extended to 30 April 2024.

Abstracts to be included in the book of abstracts can only be accepted untill 30 April 2024.

Late posters (not to be included in the Book of Abstracts) will be accepted from 1 May 2024.

VII. Cancellations and Refunds

The Symposium Secretariat must be notified of any cancellation in writing by e-mail at
Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.


Cancellation Conditions

  • Before March 31, 2024: full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of EUR 30 will be deducted
  • April 1 - April 31, 2024: 50 % of the registration fee
  • From May 1, 2024: no refund, only a name change can be accepted
